Hennessy is one of the great Cognac Houses. It has an incredibly rich history stretching back to the late 18th Century. To this day they are renowned for holding some of the oldest reserves in the region and are thus able to create some scarce and wonderful Cognacs (look at the Paradis Imperial for example). The VS is their entry level Cognac which has an elegant style and is also great for mixing with the likes of Cranberry and Apple juice.
